The Community Health Foundation of Warren and Henderson Counties was established in 2006 with the proceeds of the sale of the Community Medical Center of Monmouth, Illinois. The Foundation’s all volunteer Board manages assets of approximately, $16 million.
In addition to its mission to support and sponsor local health care programs, the Foundation exists to insure the continuation of ongoing local hospital services. The CEO of OSF Holy Family Medical Center in Monmouth, Illinois serves in an advisory capacity.
